Pre-order terms & conditions

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be processed immediatly. If you wish to change anything on your order, please contact suctomer services.

When will my order ship (pre-orders)?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to be produced in our factory. Once the product is completed, allow an additional 2-4 business day for your order to be fully processed and shipped. 

When will my order ship (in-stock items)?

Please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Alison Kaba is not responsible for unanticipated delays.

What size should I order?

Our clothing and shoes typically run true to size. If a specific item fits otherwise, it will be noted in the item’s description on our site. Our general Size chart is available under the product description.

What is my size?

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

Alison Kaba charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions based on shipping address as required by applicable laws. The total price of your order will be available during the check-out process. 

I’ve forgotten my password. what should I do?

To reset your password, follow the "forgot password" instructions on the ‘my account’ page. 

How can I track my order?

Your order tracking information is provided in an email with your order shipping confirmation. If you still have questions or there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging, and contact us immediately by sending an email.

Can I have more information on a product’s size and fit?

The item/size I want is out of stock.

As we limit our production to diminish our carbon footprint, many of our products are limited. Most African prints are in short supply and may never be restocked. Only a certain number of pieces can be made, it is advised to pre-order your desired items when the option is available, to ensure the availability of the size and item of your choice.

My shipment information.

Please give shipments up to 7-14 days to be produced and shipped. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

Lost shipment.

We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been accepted and your refund has been processed.

International Shipping - Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) Clause:

For customers placing orders for delivery outside of the US, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost displayed on our website.

As the recipient and importer, you are responsible for all customs-related charges incurred upon arrival in your country. These charges are separate from the shipping cost and are beyond our control. Before placing your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office to determine the potential fees associated with your purchase.

In the event that customs charges and taxes are not paid by the recipient, resulting in the return of the shipment to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping charges and fees incurred from the refund issued for the returned items.

By completing your purchase and accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree to comply with your country's customs regulations and accept responsibility for any additional charges imposed by the customs authorities.
